・ Materials / Colors / Handling Caution

Depending on your device and viewing settings, the color and texture of the photo may look different from the actual product. Also, there are individual differences in color and shape as for items that use natural materials.

Some materials may cause allergies. If you feel something is wrong while wearing it, please refrain from using it immediately. In that case, we are not responsible for it, so please check carefully before ordering.The metals that cause allergies vary from person to person, so if you are uncertain, we recommend that you take a patch test for metal allergies at a medical institution in advance.

・ Payment

We accept various credit cards, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and convenience store payments.

・ Credit card

We accept VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express.
If you wish to pay in installments, please select "Credit card payment (GMO Epsilon)" on the payment screen, and then select the desired number of installments. (3 times ~ can be selected)

・ Amazon Pay or PayPal

Please log in with your Amazon or PayPal account to complete the purchase procedure.

・ Convenience Store Payment (Japan only)

You can pay at Lawson, 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Ministop.
The payment date is 3 days from the date of order. Please note that it will be automatically canceled after the deadline. If payment cannot be confirmed, we may contact you by phone.
 

Delivery (Japan)

・ Delivery Method

We will ship by Kuroneko Yamato.
The shipping fee is 800 yen nationwide, and the order amount is 15,000 yen or more and it is free of charge.

・ Delivery Date and Time

Please enter the desired delivery date and time on the cart screen.
Unless otherwise specified, the product will be shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed (in the case of convenience store payment, after payment is completed). (We are closed on Wednesdays)
 

Delivery (Outside of Japan)

・ Delivery Method

We will ship by EMS.
The shipping fee is 3,000 yen, and the order amount is 30,000 yen or more and it is free of charge.

・ Delivery Date and Time

We do not accept the desired delivery date and time.
We will ship within 2 business days after payment. (We are closed on Wednesdays)

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations

After purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.

For those who do not know your ring size, we rent ring gauge. (Japan only)

The wide design feels smaller than the normal ring size, so we recommend a size 0.5 to 1 larger.
